Returning an Item to us

Newtoyouclothing.co.uk will be pleased to refund any merchandise within 28 days of purchase providing the merchandise is in acceptable condition, has it's original labels and proof of purchase is provided.

Please note: All returns are evaluated before being processed.

Newtoyouclothing.co.uk cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. We recommend using a recorded postal service for greater security. When returning an item we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge. All refunds will be made to the original payment card used.

How to return an item

To return an item to us, please use the returns form that is included with you purchase. Please remember to fill in all the details on the returns note. It is especially important to remember the order number so we can process your return more efficiently.

Your refund will be processed as soon as possible, but this is usually processed within 7 working days.
